Delma Wilson is the principle teacher at the Delma Wilson School of Dancing.   Her school is situated in Forfar, Scotland.  Delma, a former Canadian Champion moved to Scotland in 1993.  This year she will celebrate teaching for 53 years.  She is a member of the SDTA and an examiner for the UKA along with being a judge for the RSOBHD.

Delma’s passion has always been competitive highland dancing and her students have won many championships including the World Championship 17 times.  Her dancers have also been part of the Queen’s Jubilee and Prince Edward becoming the Earl of Forfar.  They have also performed at Braemar for Queen Elizabeth and King Charles.

Delma has done may workshops abroad in Canada, USA, Australia and South Africa and is noted for her eagerness to share her knowledge and to encourage dancers to be the very best they can be.
