The Inaugural Queensland Scottish National Dance Premierships and FNQ Highland Dancing Competition will be conducted Sunday 24th April 2022 at the same venue. See separate syllabus.

 

Session 1 – commencing at 8.30am

Session 2 – commencing at approx 11.00am

Intermediate FNQ Title

Premier Restricted FNQ Title
Scotch Measure 4 Steps

Premier Restricted FNQ Title, and Premier FNQ Title will be danced seperately. Premier dancers may compete in either the Premier FNQ Title, or the Premier Restricted FNQ Title, but not both.

The Irene Barton Memorial Bursery: $100 to be awarded to a Premier, Premier Restricted or Intermediate dancer registered in Far North Queensland worthy of encouragement. The recipient to be selected by the adjudicators.

The Irene Barton Memorial Bursery: $100 to be awarded to a Beginner or Novice dancer registered in Far North Queensland worthy of encouragement. The recipient to be selected by the adjudicators.

 

AGE GROUPS: Will be decided upon receipt of entries.

TITLES: Prizes will be awarded for individual dances.

ALL DANCERS: Please advise HD Comps as soon as possible if your classification level changes after submitting your entry. This includes Premier dancers who have advised they are Premier Restricted, but have subsequently placed 1st, 2nd or 3rd overall in a registered Championship.
